Guillermo Villaseñor is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in tax law and transfer pricing. Currently a Partner at Sánchez DeVanny Eseverri, S.C. since August 2011, Guillermo specializes in the legal analysis of transfer pricing policies, documentation, and economic studies aimed at defending companies against tax investigations. In addition, Guillermo has represented various industries in constitutional proceedings before the Mexican Judiciary, successfully contesting tax law amendments that negatively impact businesses and achieving tax refunds. As the Committee Chair for Legal and Tax Affairs at CanCham Mexico since April 2015, Guillermo focuses on providing insights into legal and tax developments relevant to Canadian companies operating in Mexico. Previously, Guillermo served as a Partner at Baker & McKenzie from 1996 to 2011. Guillermo holds a JD in Tax Law from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
