John Thomson has worked in the professional world since 2010. JOHN began their career at Microsoft as a Lead Business Analyst in 2010. In 2013, they joined CanCon Group as a Lead Sales Associate. In this role, they work directly with VP's of HR and Sales to enhance and implement Recruiting strategies tailored uniquely to the specifics of each Branch location. JOHN also works directly with Branch Managers and District Managers to identify qualified candidates for open Route Sales positions. Additionally, they build and maintains a pipeline of qualified Route Sales candidates at Branch locations.
John Thomson received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services from Rutgers University between 2008 and 2010.
