Jayne Laehee Kim has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Jayne Laehee most recently served as the APAC Strategic Alliances & Growth Senior Director at Candela Medical, where they played a key role in driving business growth in the APAC region. Prior to that, they worked as the APAC Operations Director at Candela Medical.

Before joining Candela Medical, Jayne held a position as the Senior Executive Managing Director and Head of Global Sales, Marketing, and Services at LUTRONIC. Jayne Laehee also served as the Chief Marketing Officer at GE Healthcare and as the Marketing & Commercial Leader at GE Capital. Their experience also includes working as the Marketing Strategy/Channel Sales Manager at Samsung Life Insurance and as a Senior Strategy Consultant at Accenture.

Jayne's career started at CJ Mnet Media, where they worked as a Marketing Associate. Throughout their work experience, they have demonstrated their expertise in strategy development, marketing, sales, and business growth.

Jayne Laehee Kim pursued their education at various prestigious institutions. From 1999 to 2001, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. During their time at Berkeley, Jayne focused their studies on Corporate Strategy & Marketing through the Management of Technology Program. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Literature at Ewha Womans University from 1992 to 1996.
