Justin Kelly

Justin Kelly has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Justin most recently served as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Candela Medical, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Candela from July 2019 to March 2022. Before joining Candela Medical, Justin worked at Vive Communications for ten years, where they held the dual role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer from March 2009 to July 2019. Justin also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Gyrus ACMI from October 2001 to February 2009. Justin started their career as a Corporate Recruiter at Breakaway Solutions from 1999 to 2001.

Justin Kelly obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they attended from 1992 to 1996.
