Pradnya Kargutkar

Pradnya K. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Pradnya began their career as an Office Assistant at Fraser Turner And Company in 1997 before moving on to work at National Pet as an Office Assistant for a brief period in 1999. Pradnya then joined Atlantic Pharmaceutical as an Office Assistant from 1999 to 2001.

In 2001, Pradnya K. took on the role of Administration Manager cum Management Representative at Suru International Pvt. Ltd. Here, they were responsible for HR Management, including manpower planning, recruitment, training, and development. Pradnya held this position until 2008.

Following that, Pradnya K. worked as an HR / Admin Manager at Shivani Scientific Industries (P) Ltd. for nine years. Their responsibilities included HR management, HR operations, performance management, general administration, and IT management.

In 2018, Pradnya K. joined Manoj Ornaments as an HR-Admin Manager, overseeing human resource and administrative tasks.

Currently, Pradnya K. is working at Candere By Kalyan Jewellers. Pradnya started as a Manager of Human Resource & Administration in May 2019 before being promoted to the position of Senior Manager in November 2021.

Pradnya K. obtained a degree in HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode in 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a PG MBA in Human Resource Management from Atharva Institute of Management Studies from 2007 to 2010. Pradnya also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSC) degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of Mumbai, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Pradnya has earned several certifications. Pradnya obtained the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) certification from SkillDeck Bangalore in July 2023. Pradnya also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from VALUE enablers Private Limited, obtained in January 2023. Further, they have certifications in various aspects of Google Analytics, including Advanced Google Analytics, Google Analytics for Power Users, and Google Analytics for Beginners, all obtained between March and April 2021.
