Derek Gonseaux

Derek Gonseaux currently serves as Director of Business Development at Phillips 66 since January 2024. Derek co-founded Candor Midstream Solutions LLC in August 2017, where Derek is a Partner and Chief Commercial Officer. Previously, Derek held the position of Senior Commercial Manager - Central Region at Crestwood Midstream Partners LP, managing commercial operations across several key oil and gas regions. Earlier experience includes roles as a Financial Consultant at AXA Advisors, Derrickman at Transocean, and Technical Analyst at both Wachovia/Prudential Securities and First Union Securities. Derek holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance from Southern Methodist University and the SMU Cox School of Business, completed between 2004 and 2006.
