Cynthia Sweatman

Cynthia Sweatman is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people systems and HR advisory roles. Currently serving as Lead, People Systems at Canfor since May 2021, Cynthia previously held positions at Baffinland as HR Advisor and at Tata Steel Minerals Canada as Senior HR Advisor. Cynthia's extensive experience includes a decade at Cameco Corporation, where roles ranged from HR Generalist to Specialist in Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition. Earlier career experience includes serving as International Benefit Accounts Administrator at Great-West Life. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Regina.
