Frank Cesare

Frank Cesare, Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Frank currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Canlak Coatings. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President Operations at Meridian Adhesives Group, where they were responsible for the safe and effective operations within the group. Frank also has experience at Elementis Global, where they served as the Vice President - Manufacturing and later as the Global Operations Director for Elementis Specialties Additives businesses. During their time at Koppers Inc., Frank held the positions of Corporate Engineering Director and Corporate Engineering Manager, overseeing global engineering activities and managing engineering activities for the Carbon Materials & Chemicals Division. Frank has also contributed significantly to Ferro Corporation, where they held roles such as Global Operations Director, Regional Operations Manager, and Site Manager. Earlier in their career, Frank worked at Croda and Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) as an Alkoxylation Plant Manager, Plant Manager, and Project Manager respectively. Frank began their professional journey as a Process Control Supervisor at Johnson Matthey.

Frank Cesare, Jr. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology from 1984 to 1987. Frank later pursued a Computer Integrated Manufacturing Certification (C.I.M.) from Camden County College, completing it from 1999 to 2001. In addition to their degrees, Frank has obtained the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS in 2014 and the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the State of Delaware in 1995.
