Phil Requist

Phil Requist has a diverse work experience in technology leadership roles. Phil currently holds the position of Vice President of Information Technology at Glass House Brands Inc. since March 2023. Previously, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at CANNDESCENT from November 2021 to March 2023, where they implemented an ERP solution and developed custom inhouse applications for improved usability. Before that, they were the Vice President of Information Systems at CANNDESCENT from August 2018 to October 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Technology Officer at CallsDirect, LLC. from January 2012 to August 2018. Phil began their career as the Chief Information Officer at Bargain Network in 1996, where they remained until 2006.

Phil Requist completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Political Science from UC Santa Barbara from 1985 to 1991.
