Joss Presland

Joss started work at Cannock Chase Council in 1986, as a trainee electrician in the Building Works Section. He left the Council briefly in 1991 and returned to the section, as a supervisor, where he eventually became the Housing Maintenance Manager. In 2009 Joss changed career and became the Council’s Waste and Engineering Manager. Prior to becoming the Council’s Head of Environment and Healthy Lifestyles Joss has managed and been heavily involved with a number of the Council's frontline services and major projects, including CCTV and Social Alarms.
