Darin Gleason

Darin Gleason has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Darin is currently a Member at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. Since July 2021, they have served as the President & CEO of CANNON Instrument Company. Prior to that, from June 2018 to July 2021, they worked as the President, Americas Region at Winoa, a global leader in steel abrasive manufacturing. Before that, from August 2015 to June 2018, they held the position of VP & General Manager and Vice President, Marketing & Business Development at Atkore International, a manufacturer of non-residential building materials. From July 2009 to March 2013, they served as the Director of Marketing, Global eBusiness Portfolio and Director of Sales, Channel Development, Asia Pacific at Diversey, a provider of building care and hygiene products. Prior to that, they held various positions at Diversey including Director of Marketing, NA Distribution Business, Director of Marketing, NA Education & Government Business, Program Manager, eBusiness & Global Enterprise Development, Trade Marketing Manager, Division Sales Manager, California & Nevada, and Territory Sales Manager. Darin began their career as a Sales Representative at International Paper in July 1993.

Darin Gleason obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Penn State University in the years 1989 to 1993. Following this, Gleason pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School between 1996 and 1998.

To further enhance their leadership skills, Gleason participated in several executive courses. Darin attended the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2001 for an executive course on Channel Marketing. In 2012, they enrolled in an executive course on High Performance Leadership at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Then, in 2013 and 2014, Gleason pursued an executive course on Leadership in Action at the Jack Welch Management Institute.

Additionally, Gleason received the certification for Merger Week from Kellogg Executive Education in October 2022.
