Fred Keena

Fred Keena is currently the Director of People at Cannon Quality Group. Prior to this, they were the Head of Human Resources at both People Success Solutions and the Interoperability Institute. Fred has also worked at Michigan Health Information Network Shared Services (MiHIN) as the Head of Human Resources.

Fred has extensive experience in human resources, having launched the first training program and employee recognition program at MiHIN. Fred has also implemented an HRIS and ATS, and has been instrumental in succession planning and identifying high potential employees.

At Cannon Quality Group, Fred is responsible for leading the recruitment efforts and managing a multi-location and remote workforce. Fred also educates and advises employees on group health plans, voluntary benefits, and 401(k) retirement plans.

They work with Sandra Browne - COO, Jeff Flint - Quality Manager, and Roop Pandher - Quality Manager. Fred Keena reports to Nicolle Cannon, Founder & CEO.
