Bertrand Folscheid began their work experience in 2005 as a Sales Representative at Decathlon, where they managed the sales area and led workshops. Bertrand then became a Brand Ambassador for KOXX / TRY-ALL / KST from 2005 to 2008. In 2007, they worked as a Sales Representative at Halfords.

Bertrand then became a Digital Marketing Specialist at Cannondale, where they defined the digital strategy, touchpoints, and customer journey for Europe. Currently, they hold the role of Email Marketing Specialist at Cannondale.
Bertrand Folscheid completed their Bachelor of Technology and Sciences (BTS) in Management of Business Units from Notre-Dame du Grandchamp in 2007. Bertrand then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from INSEEC Grande Ecole, graduating in 2011.
