Elizabeth Xavier

Elizabeth Xavier, SPHR has a diverse range of experience in the HR field. Elizabeth currently holds the position of Director Total Rewards at Cannondale, where they have been working since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director at vineyard vines from 2021 to 2023, where they also held the role of Sr. Benefits Manager from 2020 to 2021. In 2018, they worked as the Benefits and Compensation Manager at R.C Bigelow until 2020. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Director of Compensation and Benefits at Masonicare, where they also held the positions of HR Manager from 2013 to 2017, and HR Representative from 2012 to 2013. Before that, they worked as an Employee Services Coordinator at Sun Healthcare Group from 2009 to 2012. Elizabeth began their HR career at Clayton in 2003, where they held the roles of HR/Sr. Recruiter from 2004 to 2009, and Jr. Billing Coordinator from 2003 to 2004. Elizabeth'swork experience showcases their expertise in total rewards management, benefits and payroll, compensation and benefits, and HR recruitment.

Elizabeth Xavier, SPHR has a strong educational background in Human Resources and History. Elizabeth obtained their Certification in Human Resource Management from the University of Bridgeport in 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Southern Connecticut State University in 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Elizabeth also holds several certifications. In 2015, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI. This certification demonstrates their advanced knowledge and skills in the field of Human Resources. More recently, in February 2022, they completed the Diversity and Inclusion in HR Management certification from HRCI, further enhancing their expertise in this important area of HR.
