Stephan Kincaid

Stephan Kincaid has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Stephan is currently working as a trail maintenance and sawyer for the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources since February 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a School Counselor and Guidance Counselor for the Pottsgrove School District from August 2002, providing counseling services to students, staff, and the community and teaching career development lessons. Stephan has also held roles as a Treasurer for Berks Trail Works since February 2021, and as a Brand Ambassador for Stan's NoTubes, Cannondale, and Argonaut Bicycles, representing and advocating for the brands within the cycling community. Additionally, they worked as a Pro/Elite Cyclist, Lifestyle & product ambassador for Cannondale, Argonaut, Stan's NoTubes, and SRAM since January 1990, providing product feedback, consultation, and education. Stephan was also an Account Manager for Cycling Sports Group from July 2015 to August 2017. Prior to these roles, Stephan started their career as a Health and Physical Education Teacher for the Pottsgrove School District from August 1997 to June 2002, teaching classes and co-writing curriculum. Stephan's work experience highlights their expertise in counseling, education, brand representation, and trail maintenance.

Stephan Kincaid completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Penn State University between 1991 and 1996. Stephan pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Counseling Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained certification as a Pennsylvania Secondary School Counselor from the Pennsylvania Department of Education in May 2002.
