Andrew W. McGregor, AIA, WELL AP has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 15 years. Andrew W. began their career as an Architecture Intern at Al Baha Engineering Consultants, where they performed drawings and analysis for small residential and industrial projects. Andrew W. then worked as an Assistant Water Polo Coach at Ransom Everglades School.

Moving forward, Andrew gained experience as an Architecture Intern at John B. Murray Architect, where they coordinated the production of drawings and supported project architects in client meetings. Andrew W. then joined the Empowerhouse Collaborative as a Designer/Builder, where they contributed to the design and construction of a project for the Solar Decathlon 2011.

Andrew's career continued to progress as they became involved in academic roles. Andrew W. worked as a Teaching Assistant at Parsons School of Design, where they taught design programs for students entering the Masters program without a design background. Andrew W. also served as a Teaching Assistant for various core requirement courses, including Construction Technologies and Structural Technologies.

In 2012, Andrew joined CannonDesign as an Associate, where they developed Healthcare projects and led a team through the coordination and production of typical rooms for a major Healthcare project. Andrew W. also coordinated user meetings and contributed to design development phases.

Following their time at CannonDesign, Andrew joined GREC Architects as an Architect, focusing on the design and development of Multi-Unit Residential and Mixed Use projects. Andrew W. led client design meetings, coordinated design development and construction documents, and played a crucial role in project coordination.

Andrew later returned to CannonDesign as a Project Architect, where they are currently responsible for the design and documentation of projects. Andrew W.'sprevious experience includes conducting test fits for prospective projects and implementing improvements for new Fire Stations.

Throughout their career, Andrew has displayed a commitment to professional growth by obtaining their AIA certification and becoming a WELL AP. Andrew W.'swell-rounded experience and expertise in architectural design make him a valuable asset in any design-oriented organization.

Andrew W. McGregor, AIA, WELL AP has a Master of Architecture degree from Parsons School of Design - The New School, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Before that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis from 2004 to 2008. In 2007, they also had the opportunity to study Architecture at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad.
