Mary Archer has a rich work experience in the field of architecture. Mary started their career as an Architectural Intern at Robert M. Ridgley AIA & Associates in September 1984 and worked there until April 1987. Following that, they joined RICK LESLIE AIA & ASSOCIATES APAC in April 1987 as a Sr. Project Architect until October 2006. Currently, Mary is working as a Sr. Project Architect at CannonDesign, where they have been since 2006. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in various roles and has demonstrated their knowledge in architecture and design.

Mary Archer has a diverse education history. Mary obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1978 to 1981. In 1990 to 1992, Mary pursued Professional Certificates in Construction Management and Business Management at UCLA. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree from the NewSchool of Architecture and Design, studying from 2014 to 2015.

In terms of certifications, Mary obtained the NCARB certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards in March 2021. Mary also has the LEED AP certification from USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council) and is a Registered Architect recognized by the State of California ARB (Architects Board).
