Lauren Foerster has a diverse work experience in the field of interior design. Lauren Foerster is currently working as an Interior Designer III at CannonDesign since December 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Professional Development at IIDA South Florida Chapter (SFC) from June 2021 to January 2022.

Before their current roles, Lauren worked as an Interior Designer at Zyscovich Architects from May 2019 to December 2021. Lauren Foerster also gained experience as an Interior Designer at Modsy from January 2019 to May 2019.

Lauren's previous work includes a position as an Interior Designer at NewGround, an experiential design-build firm, where they worked from May 2016 to December 2018. Lauren Foerster also has experience as a Sales Associate at Soft Surroundings from May 2014 to August 2018.

Additionally, Lauren worked at idX Corporation as a Store Planner from June 2014 to May 2016, and as a Junior Store Planner from May 2013 to June 2014. Lauren Foerster gained further retail experience as a Sales Associate at Anthropologie from April 2012 to May 2013.

Earlier in their career, Lauren worked at Lutheran Family and Children's Services of Missouri in various roles, including Mentoring Assistant from July 2011 to May 2013, and Administrative Assistant and Receptionist from June 2008 to June 2011. Lauren Foerster pursued their education in Interior Design, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Kansas State University in the period between 2002 and 2007. In addition to their degree, Lauren has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Lauren Foerster successfully attained the NCIDQ certification in April 2017 from the Council for Interior Design Qualification - CIDQ. Lauren also received the WELL AP certification in March 2021 from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), further expanding their expertise in creating healthy and sustainable interior spaces. Their commitment to excellence and industry knowledge was recognized when they became a juror for the prestigious Best of NeoCon competition in June 2023.
