Matthew Sepulveda

Matthew Sepulveda has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Matthew currently holds the role of Manager, HRIS & Compensation at Cano Health since August 2020.

Prior to their current position, Matthew worked at Restaurant Brands International from 2013 to 2018. Matthew held various managerial roles such as Manager, Equipment & Systems, Manager, Order to Cash, Manager, Payroll, Senior Analyst, HRIS & Compensation, Senior Analyst, Claims & Compliance, and Analyst, HRIS & Compensation. During their tenure, Matthew implemented innovative equipment and systems solutions, managed multiple projects, and provided recommendations to improve restaurant operations and profitability.

From January 2012 to August 2012, Matthew worked as a Financial Analyst Intern at Cordis Corporation, a Johnson & Johnson company. In this role, they supported the Supply Chain and Quality Assurance teams by creating financial analyses and generating reports.

Matthew's earlier experience includes working as a Fiscal Assistant at the FIU College of Business Administration Dean's Office from November 2009 to December 2011.

Throughout their career, Matthew has displayed strong capabilities in HRIS, compensation, project management, and financial analysis.

Matthew Sepulveda completed their education in a chronological order. Matthew first attended Miami Dade College from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Accounting. Following this, they enrolled at Florida International University and pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance, which they completed from 2009 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Matthew also obtained two certifications. In October 2011, they received a Microsoft Excel Certificate from the National Training Seminar. In April 2011, they obtained the Principles of Project Management certification from Florida International University.
