Konstantin Uvarov

Konstantin Uvarov is an IT Specialist at Canoe Financial, responsible for managing software, hardware, databases, web resources, networks, and corporate systems while providing technical support and training to non-technical staff since February 2022. Prior to this role, Konstantin worked at XPO Logistics, Inc. as a Customer Service Operations Specialist from May 2019 to September 2021, where responsibilities included analyzing customer service performance and enhancing customer experiences, as well as serving as a Delivery Coordinator, focusing on order accuracy and timely product delivery. Konstantin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Queen's University, completed in April 2022.
