Dikesh Shrestha

Dikesh Shrestha has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support and engineering. Dikesh started their career at CrossOver Nepal as an IT Support Engineer from January 2015 to July 2017. Dikesh then joined Healius Limited (formerly called Primary Health Care Limited) as an IT Service Support Analyst from February 2018 to November 2019. Following that, they worked at Optus as an NBN Technical Support from April 2020 to July 2020. Dikesh then joined The Smith Family as an IT Support Analyst from February 2021 to April 2022. Currently, Dikesh is working as an L2 Support Engineer at Canon Business Services ANZ since April 2022.

Dikesh Shrestha has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineering from the Himalaya College of Engineering. Additionally, they have completed a certificate course in Networking from the VTU Extension Centre, United Technologies Ltd, Bangalore.
