Roxanne Franken-Molenmaker

Roxanne Franken-Molenmaker has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being as the Lead HR Business Partner R&D at Canon Production Printing. Roxanne joined Canon in 2023 and is responsible for driving advanced technologies and innovation within the company. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Mosa. Tiles., a Dutch tile manufacturer, from 2016 to 2023. Roxanne contributed to the development of unique and high-quality tile concepts during their time there. Roxanne'sHR career began at USG People as a Human Resource Consultant from 2011 to 2016.

Roxanne Franken-Molenmaker completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in People and Business Management from Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences in 2011. In 2020, they studied Business Administration for HR at Nyenrode Business University. Additionally, in 2010, they pursued Strategic Human Resource Management at Open Universiteit. Prior to their higher education, they attended Bernardinus College from 2000 to 2006.
