Rachel Mulcahy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rachel began their career at State Street in 2000 as an International Internship, focusing on web and programming. Rachel then joined Bank of Ireland in 2001 as a Promoter of Internet Usage & Alternative Banking Solutions.

In 2002, Rachel joined Allianz Insurance PLC, where they held various roles, including Intranet Developer, Project Manager, Proposition Development Consultant, and Strategic Project Manager. Rachel stayed with Allianz until 2012.

Next, Rachel joined AIG as a Programme Manager from 2012 to 2014. Following that, they worked at AXA XL, a division of AXA, as a Programme Manager from 2014 to 2020.
