Jake Astle has worked in various roles since 1996. Jake began their career as a Customer Service Manager at Smith's Food & Drug in 1996. In 2005, they moved to XanGo as a Distributor Compliance & Education Liaison. From 2006 to 2011, they worked at Nu Skin Enterprises as a Distributor Education & Conduct Liaison, where they were responsible for creating a tracking system to reduce the unauthorized sale of Nu Skin products, resulting in a quarterly savings of $125,000. In 2011, they joined Alianza as a Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Hyland, creator of OnBase, as a Senior Quality Assurance Associate. In 2017, they moved to Canopy, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Team Lead and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. Since 2019, they have been the Director of Quality Assurance and Customer Support at Canopy, where they oversee a team of Automation Engineers and manual testers, mentors and develops the Quality Assurance team, and works to integrate them into the local team as pair testers.
Jake Astle received an Associate of Science (A.S.) from Utah Valley University between 2004 and 2012. In 2015, they obtained OnBase Proficiency 1 and OnBase Proficiency 2 certifications from Hyland, creator of OnBase. In 2010, they obtained a Crucial Conversations certification.
