Nicole McMillan

Nicole McMillan has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Nicole started their career in 2006 as an HR Generalist at ATK Launch Systems. From there, they joined Electronic Arts (EA) in 2008 and held multiple roles, including HR Manager and Lead HR Business Partner. In 2015, they became the Director of HR at The VOID, later transitioning to the roles of VP of People & Culture and Chief People Officer. In 2015, Nicole also started their own consulting firm, Silver Peak Consulting, LLC, where they worked as a Principal Consultant and Owner. Nicole joined Owlet Baby Care in 2021 as the SVP of People and recently moved to Canopy as their SVP of People in 2022.

Nicole McMillan earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management from Utah State University. Nicole continued their education at the same university and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration. In 2008, Nicole obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI.
