Jennifer Maske

Jennifer Maske, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resource Business Partnership & Talent Director at Canopy Growth Corporation, a position held since April 2021. In this role, Jennifer leads the HR Business Partner team while overseeing strategic planning and execution for Talent Acquisition and Talent Development. Prior to this, Jennifer held various positions at Canopy Growth Corporation, including Human Resource Business Partnership Director, where leadership was provided to multiple organizational units. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resource Manager and Generalist at Constellation Brands, where support was provided to the Beer Division and Total Beverage sales organizations. Jennifer's career began at Transamerica, progressing from Human Resource Specialist to Senior Human Resource Specialist. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Northern Iowa.
