Daniel Manla

Daniel Manla has a strong background in embedded systems development and IoT engineering. Daniel'smost recent position was as an Embedded Software Engineer at Canopy, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at OneH2, Inc. as a Senior Embedded Systems Developer, where they designed and orchestrated an IoT infrastructure for the production and distribution of hydrogen fuel. Daniel also worked at Duke Energy Corporation as an IoT Embedded Systems Developer, assisting in building the electrical grid of the future and developing networking applications. Before that, they were an IoT Engineer at Spiffy - On-Demand Car Care, responsible for designing embedded electronics platforms and developing software for various projects. Daniel also worked as a Freelance Software Engineer at Danwave Design LLC, designing hardware and creating software for clients. Daniel'searlier experience includes working as a Lead CSR Technician at Vaughan Technologies, where they refurbished networking equipment and implemented automation and logistics systems. Throughout their career, Daniel has demonstrated expertise in software and hardware development, networking, and project management.

Daniel Manla attended Wake Technical Community College from 2017 to 2019, where they studied Computer Engineering but did not complete their degree. Prior to that, they attended Millbrook High School from 2012 to 2016. In terms of certifications, they obtained CompTIA Project+ and CompTIA A+ certifications from CompTIA in June and April of 2023, respectively. Daniel also obtained an IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from PeopleCert in April 2023.
