Michelle Armstrong

Michelle Armstrong has a diverse work experience, primarily in project and program management roles. Michelle is currently working as the Senior Director of Delivery and Process Excellence at Cantaloupe Inc since August 2022. Prior to this, Michelle worked at Bakkt as the Director of Program Management from March 2020 to June 2022. Michelle also held various roles at Bridge2 Solutions, including Director of Portfolio Management from February 2017 to March 2020. Michelle has experience in Senior Project Management and Scrum Master roles at Mohawk Industries, AutoTrader.com, ista North America, AT&T Mobility, Fiserv, IBM, and Wendy's/Arby's Group, Inc.

Michelle Armstrong attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a degree in International Affairs and Management. From 1995 to 1999, they pursued an MBA in Computer Information Systems at the Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business. Prior to their higher education, Michelle attended Sprayberry High School. In addition to their formal education, Michelle obtained several certifications, including IT Management and Leadership Executive (ITMLE) from the IT Management and Leadership Institute in 2021, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in 2012, PgMP from the Project Management Institute in 2018, and Project Management Professional (PMP) also from the Project Management Institute in 2004.
