Armin Catic

Armin Catic is currently a Surgery Resident in the Visceral- and Thoracic Surgery Unit at Kantonsspital Winterthur and a Co-Founder at SightSync. Catic has gained extensive experience as a Research Intern at Ente Ospedaliero Cantonale, focusing on reconstructive breast surgery. Previous medical internships include roles in Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery at various hospitals, as well as a medical elective in Head & Neck Surgery. Catic completed a Master's degree in Medicine at USI Università della Svizzera italiana and a Bachelor's degree in Medicine from ETH Zürich. Additionally, Catic participated in the SSPH+ Summer School in Public Health and holds a scholarship from the IBSA Foundation for scientific research.
