Claudia Olivera Phr

Claudia Olivera, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Claudia started their career in 2002 at Sunland Park Racetrack and Casino as an Information Systems employee. In 2005, they joined Canutillo ISD, where they worked as an IT Support Technician, providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer equipment and software. Claudia later transitioned to the role of IT Systems Analyst, where they were responsible for the HR Information System and played a vital role in maintaining data integrity and process improvement. Most recently, they have taken on the position of Assistant Director Of Technology at Canutillo ISD.

Claudia Olivera, PHR, SHRM-CP, attended The University of Texas at El Paso from 1994 to 2000, earning a BBA degree in Computer Information Systems. In 2015, Claudia also obtained additional certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in January, and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in March.
