Mário Areias has a strong background in software engineering and security, with experience working at various companies in roles ranging from Fullstack Developer to Senior Security Engineer. Currently, Mário is a Senior Security Engineer at Canva, where responsibilities have expanded to cover security for the whole company. Prior to this, Mário worked at Lendi and Tyro Payments, focusing on application security and consulting with development teams on best security practices. With a degree in Information Technology from the University of São Paulo, Mário's expertise in security and software engineering is extensive.
