Malu Acosta

Malu Acosta has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership positions. Malu is currently working as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Canvia since March 2020. Prior to that, they were the Talent & Organization Manager at Pluspetrol from August 2019 to February 2020. Malu also held the role of HR Cluster Head at GSK from May 2017 to 2019, overseeing multiple countries. From 2015 to 2017, they were the HR Cluster Head for Latina South Pacific at GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH, focusing on Chile, Ecuador, and Peru. Their career began in 2004 at the same company, where they served as the HR Manager for Peru across various sectors.

Malu Acosta's education history includes obtaining an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University in 2015.
