Merle B. Martin II, M.D. has extensive experience in the field of psychiatry and mental health care. Dr. Martin also worked as a Division Officer at the Mental Health Clinic in Sewell's Point, Norfolk, VA.

Merle B. Martin II, M.D. attended the University of Southern California and obtained a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in 2004. Additionally, they pursued further education at UC Irvine, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biological Sciences in 2000. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in the Psychiatry Residency Program at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, where they completed their training in 2008.
