Shaun McBride

Shaun McBride is a seasoned engineering and project management professional with extensive experience in the automotive and energy sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager Europe at CAP-XX Limited since June 2020, Shaun also holds the position of Engineering Manager at NRGeer and is the Founder of LithionSim, both roles since January 2019 and April 2017, respectively. Additionally, Shaun operates as an Engineering Performance Expert for Gentherm, providing development support for automotive xEV battery components since October 2016, and previously coordinated a global simulation team as Global Simulation Coordinator at Gentherm Inc from March 2014 to September 2016. Between February 2012 and March 2014, Shaun contributed as an Advanced Thermoelectric Systems Engineer at Amerigon, focusing on battery thermal management technologies. Shaun's educational background includes a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ulster University and a Master's Degree in the same field from Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Kempten.
