Gordon White

Gordon White has a diverse range of work experience in the field of HR and people operations. Gordon is currently the Head of People & Organisational Development at Capability Scotland, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a People & Operations Manager at CONNECT THREE from December 2019 to February 2022, where they focused on creating processes and procedures to support the company's growth and improve the employee experience.
