Zachary Busby

As Director of Marketing and Communications, Zachary is involved with every aspect of Capano Management: homebuilding, residential, commercial, hospitality, corporate giving, and human resources. He ensures clear communication with both internal and external audiences. Zachary develops cross-marketing opportunities for partners and shopping center tenants, advertising for residential communities, recruitment materials for potential hires, and campaigns for the varying lines of business.

Zachary and his team of in-house creative, social media and fund development experts follow a strategy that helped support company growth – now at more than 5,000 multi-family apartment residence, 1MM sq. ft. of commercial office space, 1.5MM sq. ft. of retail space and $100MM of assets under development.

Zachary brings over 15 years of marketing and communications strategy to the Capano Management team.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication from Elon College in North Carolina.
