Tajinder Singh

Tajinder Singh is an accomplished manufacturing professional with extensive experience in plant management and operations within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Plant Head at Caparo Engineering India Ltd since March 2020, Tajinder directs operations for two plants, overseeing significant increases in turnover while managing a workforce of over 400. Previous roles include Plant Head at Hema Engineering Industries, where Tajinder led the establishment of a greenfield project for auto components, and GM of Manufacturing at AMW Auto Components, where Tajinder managed car and truck wheel production. With a solid foundation at General Motors India as AGM of the Body Shop and previous management positions at Steel Strips Wheels Ltd, JBM, and Spack Automotive, Tajinder brings a wealth of expertise in production, quality management, and process optimization. Tajinder holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
