In this role, they are responsible for tracking and analyzing talent acquisition metrics to monitor and improve performance, ensuring compliance with audit, regulatory and legal requirements, and leading a team of recruiters across multiple geographies.

Aditya Vardhan Singh has completed their B.S (I.T) from ABES Engineering College and B.Tech from Uttar Pradesh Technical University in the field of Information Technology. Aditya has also completed their Intermediate from Delhi Public School - Noida in Science stream.
