Meghan Pearce

Meghan Pearce is the current Associate Director of Human Resources at Capco. Meghan has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, people strategies, culture, and employee engagement. Pearce began their career in Human Resources as a Business Unit Manager at Citi in 2006. In 2007 they transitioned to Recruitment Manager and then to HR Manager at TD Bank in 2009. In 2015 they became an HR Partner at TD. And finally, in 2017 they became the Manager of People, Talent, and Culture at KEV Group.

Throughout their career, Pearce has been focused on building the HR function from scratch, reducing attrition, and growing culture through engagement and corporate activities. Meghan is known for making work fun with recognition and celebrations and for establishing HR technologies to empower employees. Pearce is also passionate about corporate social responsibility and sustainability activities and is an advocate for the KEV Group brand and the opportunities within.

Meghan Pearce has a Human Resources Certificate from Fanshawe College and a BA in Meghan'story from the University of Western Ontario. Meghan also has a certification from the Certified Coaches Federation as a Certified Coach Practitioner.

They are on a team with Stuart Wolstenholme (He/Him) - Lead Technical Recruiter - Software Engineering, Neelam Sharma - Head Human Resources - India, and Mike Baio - Specialist - Talent Acquisition. Their manager is David Heffernan, Chief Human Resources Officer.
