Neil Hunsworth

Neil Hunsworth is the HR Director at Capco. Neil has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and has held various positions in HR departments across a number of industries.

Neil started their career as an HR Generalist at Oxfam, where they gained experience in a variety of HR functions. Neil then moved to Ernst & Young, where they spent 8 years as the Senior HR Manager and Performance Management Leader for the EMEIA Area. In this role, Neil was responsible for leading and managing the performance management process for over 20,000 employees across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa.

In 2012, Neil joined Which? as the Head of Employee Engagement & Internal Communications. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing employee engagement strategies to improve retention. Neil also led the development of a new diversity & inclusion strategy and implemented a culture change programme across multiple departments.

In 2015, Neil joined SThree as the Head of HR for the UK & Ireland. In this role, they were responsible for all HR functions across the SThree Group and was a member of the UK & Ireland leadership team. During their time at SThree, Neil worked with managers and directors to drive employee engagement strategies, developed and implemented effective performance management processes, and carried out an organisational restructuring programme across multiple departments.

Neil is currently the HR Director at Capco. In this role, they lead a team of HR professionals and is responsible for all aspects of HR for Capco UK & Ireland.

Neil Hunsworth has a Masters in Human Resources from London South Bank University and a Bachelors in Politics and International Relations from the University of Birmingham. Neil also has a certification from the CIPD in Graduate.

They are on a team with Gazal Sheikh Kapoor - Human Resources Business Partner, Sangeetha Natarajan - Head HR Business Partner, and Meghan Pearce - Associate Director Human Resources. Neil Hunsworth reports to David Heffernan, Chief Human Resources Officer.
