Tacara Watkins, CRMC, PSM is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and financial operations. Currently serving as a Consultant and BSA/AML Analyst at Capco since January 2022, Tacara also holds the role of Ambassador at the Management & Strategy Institute, where online certifications in management and business skills are provided. As the Founder and CEO of FiveOneO Design Company since June 2015, Tacara specializes in web design, digital marketing, and SEO. Prior experience includes leading operations as a Cash Vault Services Lead/Supervisor at Brink’s Inc from November 2014 to January 2022, where Tacara oversaw a team, ensured compliance, and collaborated with law enforcement. Earlier roles include Assistant Operations Manager at Amscot Financial from October 2008 to October 2013, focusing on regulatory compliance and team management. Tacara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Stetson University.
