Ellen Marx Zeyen

Ellen Marx Zeyen is an experienced manager and professional with a diverse background in finance, education, and community service. Currently serving as a Manager at Cape Abilities since April 2017, Ellen contributes to the organization formerly known as the Cape Abilities Farm to Table Market and Gallery. Prior experience includes a role as a Board of Trustees member at The International School of Brussels, where Ellen was integral in managing a €40 million budget and a multi-million Euro investment portfolio. As Finance Director for the Brussels Sports Association, Ellen oversaw financial operations for youth sports programs. Additional leadership roles include serving as President of the Parents' Association at Internationale Deutsche Schule Brüssel and providing legal counsel for Democrats Abroad Belgium. Ellen holds an LLM from Duke University School of Law and a cand.jur. from the University of Copenhagen, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in history from Wake Forest University.
