Noëlle Pina

Noëlle Pina, MS, IOM, currently serves as the Chief Of Staff at the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce since October 2021, where responsibilities include advocating for businesses and enhancing regional economic vitality. Previously, Noëlle held roles including Marketing and Business Development Manager at Friends' Marketplace, Executive Director at the Orleans Chamber of Commerce, and Programs & Events Manager at the New Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University and various certifications in Non-Profit and Organizational Management from Tufts University and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
