Christine McCarey

Dean Christine McCarey started at Cape Cod Community College in the summer of 2012 as the Coordinator of Admissions. Christine brought with her a wealth of experience from her tenure as Assistant Director of Admissions/Recruitment at Mass Maritime Academy in neighboring Buzzards Bay. In 2014, she accepted the position of Dean of Enrollment & Advising Services at the college. Her oversight of Student Wellness, re-vitalization of the Life Fitness Center, and the implementation of a JED campus have provided the students with a safe and healthy campus environment for successful learning and retention.

Christine McCarey is a native of Massachusetts and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Management and Master of Science degree in Sport Management at Springfield College in Springfield, MA. She is pursuing her Doctorate in Higher Education at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and is anticipating completion in 2021.
