James Flynn

James Flynn has a strong work experience in various leadership roles. James served as the Vice President and General Counsel at Cape Environmental Management Inc since 2011. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director/CEO at Concordia Strategies Ltd from 2009 to 2011. James also worked as the Sr. VP - Corporate Development at Water Journey Ltd from 2004 to 2010, providing corporate, strategic, and legal advisory services. Before that, they worked at Earth Capital Partners LLC as the Managing Director/CEO from 1990 to 2008, where they provided corporate, strategic, and capital formation services. James started their career at The Robinson Humphrey Company as a Vice President from 1981 to 1989.

James Flynn obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Cornell University, where they attended from 1970 to 1972. Later, they pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree at Emory University School of Law between 1972 and 1975.
