Christoph Zbinden

Christoph Zbinden is an accomplished hospitality professional currently serving as the General Manager at Cape Resorts since January 2024. With extensive experience in hotel management, Zbinden previously held the position of Hotel Manager at Hard Rock Hotel New York from 2018 to 2023, where leadership was provided for all hotel operations, including Food & Beverage and guest services. Zbinden also served as General Manager for Hard Rock International, achieving significant increases in income and guest satisfaction. Earlier roles include general management positions at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts and various food and beverage management roles within leading hotel brands such as Mandarin Oriental and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
