Besima Dolic has extensive experience in financial services and business application analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Business Application Analyst focused on Student Financials at Capella University since February 2016, Besima has previously held the role of Business Application Analyst. Prior to this, Besima worked as an Online Content Manager at ClickROI from December 2012 to February 2016 and as a Private Loan Operations Specialist at Keiser University from May 2011 to November 2012. Additional experience includes positions as a Financial Advisor at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., a Loss Prevention Specialist at U.S. Bank, and a Sr. Banking Service Specialist at TCF Bank. Besima earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Sociology from Hamline University between 2005 and 2009.
