Shanel K.

Shanel K. is an experienced production coordinator with a strong background in the apparel industry, currently serving as the Production Coordinator for Footwear at CAPEZIO since November 2022. Prior roles include managing production processes at Grey Matter Concepts, overseeing men’s and women’s knits and woven tops and bottoms, and facilitating communication between internal departments and international manufacturers. Shanel has also managed the development and production of apparel for Walmart at Saramax Apparel Group, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and led showroom sales at Pringle-Ward. Earlier experience at TJX involved various roles such as Administrative Coordinator and Merchandise Coordinator, where Shanel supervised teams and ensured operational excellence. Shanel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising and Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Brookdale Community College.
