Prabakaran Karuppiah

Prabakaran Karuppiah is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Vice President at Capgemini since December 2015, where responsibilities include driving automation initiatives across various business units, achieving significant savings through automation assessments, and training over 3,000 associates on relevant tools. Prior to this role, Prabakaran held several leadership positions at Cognizant Technology Solutions, including Chief Technology Officer for Quality Engineering and Assurance and Assistant Vice President for the Technology and Communication vertical. Additional experience includes serving as Director at Cognizant Technology Services Pvt Ltd, Vice President at iGATE, and as a Scientist at the Aeronautical Development Establishment within India's Ministry of Defence. Prabakaran's academic qualifications include a Fellowship in Electronics and Communications from the Institute of Armament Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Bharathidasan University.
