Harb Johal

Harb Johal is the Associate Registrar, Academic Advising and Financial Aid & Awards at Capilano University. Harb has over 18 years of experience working in post-secondary institutions in student services and administration. Prior to joining Capilano University, Harb was the Assistant Registrar, Financial Aid and Awards at Douglas College where they managed the Financial Aid & Awards offices at both the New Westminster and Coquitlam campuses of the college. Harb has also worked as an Enrolment Services Advisor at The University of British Columbia where they provided continued support to a cohort of over 1,000 undergraduate students from the time they start their degree until graduation. Harb has also worked as a Student Success Advisor at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Harb Johal completed a Master of Science in Higher Education - Educational Leadership from Drexel University. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelors in Business Administration (with honours) from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Harb also has a Post-Diploma in Business Administration from the same school. Additionally, Harb has a Marketing and Sales Diploma from Langara College. Lastly, they have certification from Ten Thousand Coffees in Ten Thousand Coffees Member.
